Rifle scope Vortex Razor HD Gen II 4.5-27×56 EBR-7C

The Razor HD Gen II 4.5-27×56 EBR-7C is one of the newest, most accurately adjustable, long-range rifle scopes by Vortex. Made for very precise adjustments in the most extreme conditions. The 4.5 to 27 times magnification offers a wide zoom range with a field of view of 7.71 m (25.3 ft) to 1.34 m (4.4 ft) on a distance of 91.4 m (100 yards).

The objective lens with a diameter of 56 mm offers a large amount of light intake and thanks to the special fully multi-coated XR Plus lenses, this light is spread as efficiently as possible throughout the rifle scope. The lenses are also made of a low dispersion glass, which ensures a sharp and clear image. The exterior lenses are coated with a hard ArmorTek coating that protects the lenses against, for example, scratches, dust and oil.

This rifle scope contains an EBR-7C glass etched reticle that is situated in the first focal plane and can be illuminated for clear visibility in the dark. The wheel, with which this illumination is operated, can be locked to prevent bumping or accidental adjustments.

For the construction of the Razor HD Gen II 4.5-27×56 EBR-7C, high-quality aluminium has been used. The body is manufactured in one piece. This in combination with the O-rings and Argon gas filling ensures that the rifle scope is watertight and does not fog up when a large temperature change occurs. The 34 mm tube also provides extra rigidity and increases the maximum possible adjustment of the rifle scope.

The Vortex L-Tec turrets make adjusting easier. These turrets have clear markings and can be easily secured to prevent accidental adjustments. With these turrets, the elevation and windage adjustments are operated in changes of 0.1 MRAD per click. The maximum elevation adjustment is 28.5 MRAD and the maximum windage adjustment is 10 MRAD. The zero can also be locked by the Zero Stop that’s featured in the L-Tec turrets. With this, the zero setting is easily set and always recovered after performing other adjustments. During the zeroing process, the Zero Stop can be switched off. This makes it possible to set the adjustment between 0.1 MRAD clicks, this ensures that the zero can be determined even more precisely.

The eyepiece is equipped with a focus ring with which it can be adjusted for eye deviations. The eye relief to this eyepiece is 94 mm. The parallax is also adjustable from 29.2 m (32 yards) to infinity.
